The effects of the Covid-19 outbreak are now starting to become more pronounced and more widespread. There are and will continue to be disruptions for all of us. While the school is still 5 months away, the Advocis Banff School Executive Committee has met to determine what, if any, steps need to be taken. While we recognize that the long-term effects of the pandemic are largely unknown, this committee has already identified factors which could affect the school and has already embarked on proactive solutions. While we are not directly affected by the Advocis National directive to suspend large gatherings until May 31, 2020, we also realize that there are likely to be unintended consequences which could disrupt planning. The 2020 school is still scheduled for Aug 16-20 and we are confident our delegates will enjoy the Banff School excellence that has defined this school for 65 years. We encourage you to regularly visit this website for updates.

Merry Everything and Happy Always from the Advocis Banff School!

With the holidays fast approaching, the executive committee of the Advocis Banff School would like to wish you and yours all the best as you close out the year. As the industry slows down over the holiday break, it's a great time to reflect on the successes of the past year and to make plans for the new one.

We would love for the Advocis Banff School to be part of your 2020 plan!

We are over 50% sold out and if you choose to register by January 15th, you'll benefit from early-bird pricing AND you'll get entered into the draw to attend the Faculty Dinner.

The only way in is to win!

We have a great lineup of speakers planned, and are working hard to ensure that all sessions qualify for CE credits.

If making an investment in your future isn't feasible at this time, we've implemented a monthly payment program to help you manage your costs. Email us at banff@advocisschool.ca for details

Advocis Banff School Faculty Dinner

Every year the Advocis Banff School hosts a Faculty Dinner where all our Faculty come together for an exclusive networking dinner in a secret location. It’s an event that’s only available to the Faculty and ONE lucky winner. The winner of the 2020 Advocis Banff School Faculty Dinner Contest will win their way into an amazing dinner and the chance to network with all the speakers in an intimate setting.

This kind of one-on-one time with industry leaders is impossible to come by any other way.

Winning Is Simple!

All you need to do is register and pay for the 2020 Advocis Banff School by January 15, 2020 and you’ll be entered into a draw to win.

Why do speakers choose the Banff School?

In our 66-year history, Advocis Banff School has never had to pay for a speaker, and yet, the school still attracts top notch speakers from around the world. It helps that Banff is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a desirable destination, but it’s also worth noting that our speakers tend to get as much out of attending as they give.

It's the networking opportunities, the learning opportunities and the fact that’s it’s just FUN, that have resulted in many speakers choosing to come back as attendees or to request repeat speaking opportunities.
